Our Appraisers develop an estimate of the fee prior to beginning an assignment. The fee is based upon a per hour fee, of $200. per hour. Rates include all costs for copy, filing, messengers, and third-party research tools. Fees have no association with the value of the property being appraised and are determined only by the time needed to conclude the valuation.
